What to tell us
Tell us where you are flying from and to, the dates and times, and how many people are traveling. Mention what is coming along, such as golf clubs for a round in Augusta or on the coast, pets, or extra bags for a family weekend on the Golden Isles. If you are flying in for a meeting in Atlanta, a game or a graduation, give us the address you are heading to. If you have not chartered before, say so, and we will explain the booking from the first quote through to the flight.
Which Georgia airport you will use
In Atlanta, private flights can use DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (KPDK/PDK), Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (KATL/ATL) or one of the smaller airports around the city. Savannah has Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (KSAV/SAV), Augusta has Augusta Regional Airport at Bush Field (KAGS/AGS), and for the Golden Isles there is St. Simons Island Airport (KSSI/SSI). Which one suits your trip depends on the aircraft and on the address you are going to, and your advisor will compare them before suggesting one.
What happens next
